Register Now for Dance Classes

How to Register:

You may register in person at the Avalon-Timber Springs studio during our office hours or online via the link below. We love meeting all of our new students, so stop by to see our facility and meet our friendly staff.

New and returning students need to complete a registration form and pay the following fees at the time of registration:

  • Registration fee
  • First payment (either annual fee or first equal payment)
  • Attire fee (customized to your dancer's needs) 2017 - 2018 Attire Requirements
  • First Recital installment (if applicable)

How to Register Online for Gotta Dance:

By submitting a Registration form online, you agree to accept all terms of the contract for the 2017-2018 dance season.  This includes, but is not limited to, payment of all fees incurred at the time of registration and for the duration of the season as set forth in our Studio Policies.

 Use the link provided to complete the 2017-2018 registration form in its entirety.  Please do not leave any fields blank that are marked by an asterisk and considered mandatory.

Provide information in the following order:

a.     Parent 1 information

b.     Parent 2 information

c.     Membership Type – Monthly or Annual

d.     Recital Payment – IN FULL on 11/1/17 or MONTHLY

e.     Student 1 information (additional students may be added further down the form)

f.      Class(es) information

g.     Additional student information (if applicable)

h.     Policy and Waiver Agreements

i.      Credit Card Information and Verification

Membership Type – Indicate if you will be paying tuition Monthly OR Annually (with the full amount for the year paid at the time of registration.)

Recital Payment – Indicate if you will be paying your family’s Recital charges in total by November 1, 2017 or if you’d like to have the Recital amount broken down into equal monthly payments and added to your family’s monthly tuition.

Class information – When searching for a class, only classes fitting the age of the student will be visible.  Furthermore, if a class has reached capacity, registration will not be allowed.

E-Payment Schedule – Autopay vs. In Studio (Choose One)

A full disclosure of Gotta Dance’s policies and required waivers is listed on the registration form.  Each box must be checked and an electronic signature is required for the registration to be processed.

Credit Card Information –

j.      A valid credit card is required to remain on file with Gotta Dance as stated in our policies.  This card will be used to process your initial registration, tuition and recital (if applicable) charges.

k.     It is at your discretion if you’d like to enroll in our Autopay system and have this card debited each month.  If you choose not to enroll in the Autopay system your card will not be automatically charged each month UNLESS your payment is not received by the due date.  At that time Gotta Dance reserves the right to charge the card on file for the outstanding fee plus any applicable late fee.  (This is fully explained in our studio policies.) 

l.   The system will not allow for registration if a valid credit card is not supplied.

Once the form is submitted, payment will be charged to the credit card on file.  As a reminder, the registration fee and first month's tuition payment is due at the time of registration.  Additionally, if you chose to break down the recital payment into equal monthly payments, your first monthly recital payment will also be charged.  A confirmation phone call will be made by a member of our staff within one business day of receiving your registration.
 

Returning Student?

How to re-enroll in Gotta Dance:  

By submitting a Registration form online, you agree to accept all terms of the contract for the 2017-2018 dance season.  This includes, but is not limited to, payment of all fees incurred at the time of registration and for the duration of the season as set forth in our Studio Policies.

If you have been a student within the last year, your account information is already in our database.  Please follow the instructions to sign into our portal to enroll in classes rather than completing another online registration form.

On the Online Registration form, click the top link that says Already a customer?  Click here to log in.  Once directed to the portal, use the prompts to set-up your email address and password.  To reset your login credentials, simply supply your email address when prompted and your username and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

Once fully signed into the portal, use the drop down menu on the top of the screen to choose what you’d like to do (i.e. enroll in classes, change account information, etc.)

To enroll:
1.     Use the drop down menu or the tab entitled “Enroll” to register.
2.    Use the search criteria to enroll in your chosen class.
3.    Click on the class to pull up the class information including monthly tuition rate, open spots, etc.
4.    Check the box to enroll the eligible child.
5.    Click enroll.
6.    Agree to all policies by checking the boxes and signing your full name.
7.    Click the bottom button to agree to all terms.
8.    An email will be sent to you to confirm your registration.  Registration is not completely official until we process your first payment.  We will contact you to verify your registration and process your payment within one business day.  Remember, a valid credit card must always be kept on file.  This card is how your first payment will be processed.  Use the “My Account” button to update the credit card on file.
